Iran’s embassy in Beirut condemned Israeli attacks on Lebanon, calling them a serious threat to peace. Moreover, the embassy highlighted that these attacks violate Lebanon’s sovereignty and harm civilians. Officials emphasized that such strikes, therefore, strengthen the resolve of the Lebanese people to resist aggression.

The embassy shared its statement on social media, reacting to renewed strikes in southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley. According to reports, two civilians were killed and six others were injured. Furthermore, Iranian officials criticized the targeting of innocent people, stressing that such acts cannot be justified.

Israeli warplanes hit several locations, including al-Rihan Heights, the al-Jbour area, and Wadi Berghoz. In one incident, an airstrike between Khirbet Selem and Kafardounin killed a civilian and wounded five others. Additionally, another strike in Dardghaya, in the Tyre district, claimed a second civilian life.

The embassy stressed that these actions breach Lebanon’s territorial integrity. In addition, officials noted that repeated strikes violate UN Security Council Resolution 1701 and ceasefire agreements. They added that attempts to normalize such aggression will not succeed.

Experts warn that these operations increase regional tensions and could destabilize southern Lebanon. Moreover, analysts suggest that the strikes may intensify local resistance and strengthen anti-Israel sentiment. The embassy also underlined that the attacks reveal the scale of Zionist aggression and require international response.

Meanwhile, Lebanese authorities confirmed the human toll while urging protection for civilians. Health agencies reported casualties and injuries, highlighting risks for local populations. Therefore, the embassy called on countries worldwide to recognize the violations and respond diplomatically.

Observers point out that the escalation follows previous cross-border tensions, raising concerns about broader conflict. Iranian officials insist that the strikes will not weaken Lebanon’s sovereignty or the people’s determination to resist. Consequently, the embassy concluded that sustained international pressure is necessary to prevent further violence.

These attacks continue to draw global attention, underlining the fragile security situation in Lebanon. Ultimately, diplomats and analysts expect ongoing discussions at the United Nations to address these violations.
