Deadly overnight raids across Iran have killed dozens. The strikes happened early Monday. Specifically, U.S. and Israeli forces conducted the attacks. As a result, residential areas in several cities suffered damage. Victims include at least six children. For example, four girls and two boys died. Tehran EMS confirmed these casualties. The agency stated the children had no conflict role. The attacks occurred on February 28. Consequently, that began a new aggression round. Then the situation escalated quickly. Iran started retaliating swiftly. For instance, it launched missiles at Israeli-occupied territories.

It also struck U.S. bases in the region. Furthermore, Iranian authorities moved to arrest collaborators. In Baharestan county, the governor reported damage. Two residential units collapsed there. At least 15 people died in that complex. Twenty others sustained injuries. Rescue teams remain on site. They continue searching for more victims. Similarly, the city of Qom suffered a hit. The strike happened around 1:00 a.m. It killed nine residents. Nineteen more people received injuries. Morteza Heydari is the Deputy Governor. He visited the scene. He then confirmed these numbers.

Moreover, the Shahedshahr area saw destruction. Two residential buildings collapsed completely. Nine people lost their lives there. The victims include four children. They also include two women. Three others also died. However, one child remains trapped under rubble. Rescue workers expect to find the child. That would raise the toll to nine. Four injured people went to hospitals. Two have already left care. Two stay hospitalized. The aggression also killed a top leader. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei died. Hundreds of other civilians also perished. Several senior military commanders lost their lives too.

Therefore, Iranian police have acted decisively. They identified and arrested 235 suspects. These arrests happened in western Tehran. Those individuals had ties to the U.S. They also had ties to Israel. Police say they aimed to destabilize the country. For example, they spread pro-US propaganda. They sent images to hostile TV channels. Courts have imprisoned 93 of them. In another operation, police arrested 138 people. That operation occurred in Khuzestan Province.

Those individuals worked with hostile media networks. These arrests happened over 72 hours. Authorities credit technical intelligence operations. They also urge public vigilance. Reporting suspicious activity prevents insecurity. Thus, they ask citizens for help. Finally, these deadly overnight raids mark escalation. The conflict shows no stopping sign. Iran promises more retaliation. Meanwhile, the U.S. and Israel may strike again. Regional stability remains at high risk. Civilian casualties will likely rise. International bodies have not intervened yet. The coming weeks will prove critical.
