Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said that Iran’s atomic power is its ability to resist global pressure and protect its sovereignty. He explained that the nation’s right to enrich uranium is a symbol of national pride and strategic independence.

Araghchi stressed that Iran’s nuclear program is strictly peaceful and not aimed at developing weapons. He said enrichment represents technological progress and scientific self-reliance. According to him, the true strength of Iran’s atomic power comes from saying “No” to outside interference.

He added that readiness across Iran’s armed forces, government, and citizens ensures national security. This preparedness, he said, strengthens deterrence and helps prevent conflict. Araghchi emphasized that Iran’s defense capabilities today are stronger than ever before.

During past negotiations, Western powers repeatedly questioned Iran’s need for uranium enrichment. Araghchi said these questions show a misunderstanding of Iran’s intentions. He explained that enrichment is a legal right and a symbol of sovereignty, not aggression.

He also criticized Western countries for withdrawing from the nuclear deal while continuing to pressure Tehran. Araghchi said Iran is open to dialogue but will not accept limitations that undermine its rights. He stressed that fairness and respect must guide all future negotiations.

Experts note that Iran’s nuclear stance reflects a broader push for regional independence. Analysts say Tehran’s focus on atomic power signals its determination to maintain strategic leverage. They suggest that Iran’s stance could affect the regional balance of power.

Araghchi highlighted that the country’s strength lies in defending its independence while engaging with the world on equal terms. He said Iran will continue peaceful nuclear development and protect its sovereignty. He concluded that Iran’s atomic power symbolizes resistance, national dignity, and the will to remain independent.

Observers believe these remarks demonstrate Iran’s commitment to self-reliance and its refusal to compromise on core principles. Araghchi’s statements underline that Iran considers nuclear enrichment a matter of both law and national pride.

Looking ahead, Iran plans to continue developing its nuclear technology within legal frameworks. The government will maintain readiness across all sectors to prevent external coercion. Araghchi reaffirmed that the essence of Iran’s atomic power is its unyielding ability to stand firm against pressure, ensuring the country’s long-term independence and security.
