The fourteenth day of the war brought intense heavy bombardment strikes on Tehran and the surrounding areas. More than one hundred locations faced targeted attacks from aircraft and missiles on Thursday. The strikes hit neighborhoods across the capital from early morning until midnight. These heavy bombardments represent a major escalation in the ongoing conflict. Residents reported explosions louder than anything heard on previous days.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps reported downing five coalition drones on Thursday. Since the war began, Iran’s air defenses have intercepted 114 U.S. and Israeli drones. The IRGC continues to face a challenging battle against advanced coalition aircraft. Air defense systems remain active despite the intense bombardment across the country.

Tehran experienced waves of attacks throughout the day and night. Dozens of neighborhoods and major streets endured bombing during the early morning hours. Locations near Mehrabad International Airport also came under attack. Afternoon strikes hit near a burial ceremony and opposite Azadi Stadium. Evening bombardment targeted areas across the city, including Chitgar, Gisha, and Niavaran. Buildings belonging to the Ministry of Defense were confirmed among the sites hit.

The areas surrounding Tehran also faced significant bombardment on Thursday. Western Karaj city and Mehrshahr in Alborz province experienced multiple strikes. The military industrial complex in Parchin and its air defense bases came under attack. Warehouses in the Turquzabad area of Rey city were also bombed by aircraft.

Coalition forces expanded their attacks beyond Tehran to other Iranian provinces. Qazvin, Hamedan, Mazandaran, Isfahan, and Khuzestan provinces all experienced strikes. Kish Island airport faced renewed missile attacks Thursday evening. The airport has been repeatedly targeted since the beginning of the war.

The Israeli army reported that more than ninety aircraft carried out two attack waves. These aircraft dropped more than two hundred bombs on targets inside Iran. U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth stated that coalition forces have bombed more than 15,000 targets. Fourteen days of conflict have caused widespread damage across the country.

Iran and allied groups also carried out attacks on Thursday. They targeted locations in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and several Gulf nations. The regional conflict continues to expand beyond the borders of Iran. Multiple countries now find themselves drawn into the escalating confrontation.
