Iran-Saudi talks took place in Dubai this week as both countries looked to improve cooperation. The Consul General of Iran in Dubai, Alireza Mahmoudi, met with Saudi Arabia’s Consul General, Abdullah bin Mansour Al-Mutawa, on Wednesday.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to boost economic cooperation. They explored options to increase trade between their countries. Both officials highlighted the importance of creating new opportunities for businesses and traders.

They also focused on improving consular services for citizens. The goal is to make processes like visa applications and document handling faster and easier. This will help people from both countries living or working in the UAE.

Business communities were another main topic. Both officials agreed that stronger cooperation can create more opportunities for companies, investors, and local markets. They emphasized that supporting businessmen can help strengthen ties across the region.

In addition, Iran’s consul general shared a video message congratulating the UAE on its 54th National Day. He expressed best wishes and stressed the importance of ongoing collaboration between Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

The meeting showed that both sides are committed to building stronger connections. They plan to continue discussions on trade, business, and citizen services in the coming months. Analysts suggest that these talks could lead to long-term economic growth and stronger regional partnerships.

In conclusion, the discussions aimed to achieve three goals: expanding trade, supporting business growth, and improving consular services. Iran-Saudi talks signal a clear commitment to cooperation and progress in the UAE.
