To reinforce these proposals, the delegation highlighted significant domestic legislative milestones achieved within Iran. The national constitution explicitly guarantees gender justice and human dignity within the economic sector. Moreover, standard labor laws strictly prohibit discrimination regarding professional employment, wages, and working conditions. The current Seventh National Development Plan also dedicates extensive resources toward removing structural barriers. Statistically, women receive over seventy percent of home-based business licenses alongside eighty percent of small-business loans.

Vice-President Zahra Behrouz-Azar recently confirmed the appointment of more than twenty-seven hundred female managers. These high-ranking personnel now serve as deputy ministers, director-generals, regional governors, and research heads.
