The original deadline fell on April 20 previously. The congress will take place in Tehran from September 2 to 4. The Stem Cell Biology and Technology Congress accepted 237 articles. This section features 220 posters and 17 lectures. The Nursery and Midwifery Seminar accepted 67 articles instead. Six selected best articles will receive awards at the opening ceremony. The ceremony takes place on Wednesday during the congress. Participants can attend either in person or online. The Royan Institute established itself in 1991 originally. The late Dr. Saeid Kazemi Ashtiani founded this institution. A group of researchers and physicians joined him at that time. The institute operated under Iran University of Medical Sciences. The Academic Center for Education Culture and Research provided administrative support.
The institute began as an outpatient surgery center initially. It provided medical services to infertile couples regularly. Research and training in reproductive sciences followed soon after.
