The Iranian Army Air Force is fully ready to respond to any act of aggression, Brigadier General Bahman Behmard said. Today, he spoke directly to foreign military attaches in Tehran. He emphasized that the Air Force stays strong, prepared, and ready to act decisively if needed. Behmard explained that the 12-day war imposed by Israel and the United States taught the Air Force valuable lessons. As a result, the Air Force rebuilt its combat capabilities. Furthermore, it now applies these lessons to meet modern threats.

He assured the public and international observers that the Iranian Army Air Force will respond firmly to any aggressor. “We do not seek war; however, we will act decisively against any threat,” he said. The commander recalled the Air Force’s crucial role during the 1979 Islamic Revolution. It also actively contributed to the events of 19 Bahman. In addition, he noted that the Air Force participates in diplomatic and defense activities every day.

Behmard highlighted the Air Force’s advanced drone programs. He said Iranian experts design and operate sophisticated unmanned aerial systems. “Our suicide drones, reconnaissance systems, and aerial patrols remain ready for any mission,” he added. He emphasized that the Air Force constantly updates and practices lessons from past conflicts. Meanwhile, drone operations play a key role in readiness. Therefore, the Air Force can respond quickly to threats using both drones and manned aircraft.

Behmard stressed that Air Force crews continuously patrol Iranian airspace. “Even now, our pilots and drone operators monitor the skies,” he said. “We protect the safety and peace of the people every day.” He concluded by saying the Iranian Army Air Force takes pride in actively securing the nation. The force also strengthens its defenses in both peaceful and challenging times.

Furthermore, he stated that readiness, discipline, and advanced technology help protect Iran from any aggressor. The Iranian Army Air Force focuses on one main goal: safeguard Iran’s airspace, deter threats, and maintain national security. In addition, the force continues to train, modernize, and prepare for any challenge.
