On the eve of the 47th Islamic Revolution anniversary, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei addressed the Iranian nation in a televised message, highlighting the anniversary as a day that demonstrates the country’s unity, strength, and dignity. He also urged citizens to participate in nationwide marches and reaffirm their loyalty to the Islamic Republic, noting that these actions will compel enemies to abandon their ambitions against Iran.

Khamenei explained that the anniversary marks a moment when the nation’s determination and steadfastness are most visible. He recalled the first anniversary of the revolution, when Iranians freed their country from foreign interference. However, he cautioned that external powers have repeatedly attempted to restore the previous situation. “The Iranian nation stands firm,” he said. In addition, he described the annual marches as unmatched globally, with massive crowds celebrating independence and national pride each year.

He stressed that genuine national power arises from unity, will, and steadfastness rather than missiles or aircraft. “Show your will and determination in all situations. Disappoint the enemy. A nation remains exposed to harm until the enemy is disappointed,” he said. Furthermore, he encouraged the youth to advance in science, ethics, spirituality, and material progress, noting that such efforts will strengthen the nation and foster pride among all Iranians.

Khamenei also emphasized that the anniversary offers an opportunity for citizens to unite, chant slogans, express solidarity, and demonstrate loyalty to the Islamic Republic. “This day reflects national pride and power. God willing, it will enhance Iran’s grandeur and compel other nations to bow in humility,” he added. In conclusion, Khamenei’s message reinforced the importance of unity, determination, and active participation in national events. As Iranians prepare to mark the 47th Islamic Revolution anniversary, his call for loyalty and steadfastness underscores the enduring strength and resilience of the nation.
