Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei strongly criticized the United States on Saturday. He said repeated violations of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding had damaged Washington’s credibility. The Mojtaba Khamenei statement also urged Iranians to preserve national unity amid rising regional tensions.

The Leader said recent American actions had raised further doubts about U.S. commitments. Moreover, he argued that Washington continues to favor pressure over diplomacy. He said these actions reinforce Iran’s long-standing concerns about American foreign policy.

Furthermore, Ayatollah Khamenei said Iran and the Resistance Front have shown determination despite growing pressure. He highlighted the resolve of Iranian fighters and residents in southern Iran. According to him, their actions reflected resilience during recent developments.

In addition, the Leader described national unity as one of the country’s highest priorities. He encouraged officials, institutions, and citizens to work together. He said cooperation helps protect Iran’s independence and long-term national interests.

The Mojataba Khamenei statement also addressed domestic criticism. He acknowledged that many citizens sincerely question the performance of some officials. However, he urged critics to avoid actions that could harm social cohesion. He said responsible criticism can support progress while strengthening national solidarity.

The Leader encouraged citizens to support state institutions. He also called on the public to remain active in protecting the country’s interests. He said cooperation between society and government strengthens national stability during uncertain times.

The statement also praised large public participation in recent funeral ceremonies for the late Leader of the Islamic Revolution. Ayatollah Khamenei described the gatherings as a historic display of loyalty and unity. Millions attended ceremonies across Tehran, Qom, Mashhad, and many other cities. He also thanked religious authorities, scholars, political figures, military organizations, and members of the Axis of Resistance for their participation.

The remarks come as tensions between Iran and the United States remain high. Disputes over regional security and diplomatic commitments continue. As a result, analysts expect both countries to maintain strong political rhetoric. Regional governments will also continue monitoring developments closely.

The Mojtaba Khamenei statement reflects Iran’s continued focus on unity, resilience, and national stability. Observers expect officials to continue emphasizing these priorities as regional and diplomatic challenges evolve.
