Senior Iranian military leaders have issued strong warnings regarding potential new military strikes by United States forces. Brigadier General Mohammad Akraminia, spokesperson for the Iranian Army, stated that regional conditions facing Washington are unfavorable. Consequently, he argued that American decision-makers might resort to unprovoked military aggression out of strategic desperation. Furthermore, Akraminia emphasized that national defense forces maintain complete operational readiness for direct confrontation across all sectors.

Senior armed forces spokesperson Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi delivered similar warnings regarding maritime security. Shekarchi cautioned American authorities against interfering with shipping transit routes located inside the Strait of Hormuz. Moreover, he asserted that American forces have no viable alternative except a complete withdrawal from Western Asia. Therefore, the general recommended that accelerating troop departures would significantly minimize potential military losses for Washington.

These stern military announcements follow recent diplomatic rejections by United States President Donald Trump regarding maritime proposals. Tehran previously offered a structured operational framework to ease regional naval tensions and reopen commercial transit routes. However, Washington dismissed those diplomatic proposals while signaling the possibility of renewed airstrikes in the coming months. Furthermore, foreign policy analysts note that American defense planners continue maintaining heavy naval deployments throughout regional waters.

Despite ongoing international pressure, Iranian military commanders project absolute confidence in their domestic defense production capabilities. Shekarchi noted that decades of restrictive sanctions had compelled national defense engineers to develop sophisticated asymmetric technologies. Consequently, armed forces rely heavily on advanced missile systems, uncrewed aerial vehicles, and specialized air-defense installations. Moving forward, Iranian military leadership remains focused on maintaining strategic deterrence while managing maritime traffic through vital waterways.
