Pardis Technology Park has developed 110 products to expand its commercial portfolio despite severe operational disruptions. Chief Executive Officer Mehdi Safarinia announced the achievements during the park’s annual assembly. Consequently, member firms demonstrated significant resilience during recent regional conflicts and economic pressures.
Technology enterprises faced equipment procurement barriers, limited market access, financing shortages, and export restrictions. Nevertheless, hosted companies continued active research, hardware manufacturing, and industrial software development. Thus, the technology hub currently hosts companies offering more than 30,000 specialized products and services.
These newly introduced products entered domestic commercial markets for the first time. They directly addressed urgent industrial requirements while reducing domestic dependence on high-tech foreign imports. Consequently, the local innovation ecosystem successfully transformed preliminary university research into viable commercial solutions.
Safarinia emphasized that technical innovation extends far beyond standard domestic commercial activities. Advanced technology directly supports national security, critical manufacturing capacity, and essential infrastructure assets. Therefore, park leadership intends to strengthen operational connections between academic institutions and commercial developers.
Moving forward, Pardis Technology Park plans to coordinate resources across various strategic economic sectors. Administrators aim to streamline the complex transition from preliminary laboratory research to full industrial production. Consequently, stronger domestic technology integration will secure industrial supply chains across critical manufacturing sectors.
