Iran’s guardians have strongly rejected Argentina’s recent accusations against the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC). The Iranian Foreign Ministry released a statement, emphasizing that the allegations are unjustified and politically motivated. According to the ministry, these accusations directly threaten Iran’s national security and undermine diplomatic relations. The statement criticized the Argentine government for taking actions that contradict international norms and law. Iran’s guardians highlighted that the decision appears influenced by external pressures, particularly from the Zionist regime. They warned that such moves risk seriously damaging the long-standing bilateral ties between the two nations.

Furthermore, the ministry stressed that Argentina’s insistence on linking Iran to the bombing of the AMIA Jewish center reflects a political-security agenda. Investigations into the bombing revealed corruption, judicial interference, and even the assassination of judges, leaving the case unresolved. Iran’s guardians argue that these factors suggest deliberate attempts to obscure the truth and compromise Argentina’s judicial independence. The statement reaffirmed that the IRGC is a sovereign institution rooted in the Iranian nation. It derives its legitimacy from the country’s Constitution and the will of the people. Iran’s guardians pledged to continue defending the nation’s independence, territorial integrity, and security with full authority and dignity.

Moreover, the ministry criticized the United States and the Zionist regime for pressuring countries to label Iran’s armed forces negatively. Iran’s guardians emphasized that such campaigns will not weaken their resolve to protect the country. The statement concluded by reiterating that Iran remains committed to safeguarding its sovereignty and national interests. In addition to condemning Argentina’s actions, Iran’s guardians urged the international community to recognize the impartiality and authority of Iran’s institutions.

The ministry’s declaration highlighted that unjust accusations will not disrupt the country’s defense priorities or undermine public trust in its armed forces. Iran’s guardians insist that accountability for this situation rests entirely with the Argentine government. They warned that further politically motivated actions could create dangerous precedents in international relations. The statement left no doubt that Iran will continue to prioritize national security over external pressures.
