Iran’s judiciary chief, Gholam-Hossein Mohseni Eje’i, delivered a strong Iran message on April 1, marking Islamic Republic Day. Moreover, he emphasized that the holiday symbolizes national victory, resilience, and commitment to justice. Eje’i highlighted ongoing regional challenges and the importance of standing firm during current conflicts. April 1, corresponding to the 12th of Farvardin, commemorates the 1979 referendum establishing the Islamic Republic. In addition, Eje’i described the day as one of Iran’s most significant religious and national holidays. He cited the late leader, Imam Khomeini, who called it a day of people’s leadership and victory.

In his Iran message, Eje’i linked the principles of the Islamic Republic to those of divine prophets. Specifically, he noted that patience, steadfastness, and reliance on God guide Iran’s path. Therefore, these values allow the country to oppose tyranny and oppression effectively. The judiciary chief also addressed current conflicts, describing the ongoing battle as a decisive struggle. Furthermore, he called on foreign powers to recognize that the outcomes of this struggle will shape regional dynamics. Eje’i criticized the actions of external actors and urged accountability under international law.

He cited military operations that began during a 12-day conflict in June and continued during Ramadan. These actions caused casualties among civilians and officials in cities including Minab. Consequently, Iran will pursue legal action in international courts. The judiciary will coordinate with the Foreign Ministry and other authorities to hold foreign actors responsible. Eje’i extended a call to judicial bodies in other Islamic countries and regional neighbors. Additionally, he urged nations to recognize shared interests and resist external attempts at domination.

In his Iran message, he praised the courage and dedication of Iranian forces and citizens. He expressed gratitude for those who protect the nation day and night. He concluded the Iran message by honoring martyrs of the recent conflict and reaffirming the country’s commitment to justice and national defense. Finally, Eje’i asked for divine support for the continued success of Iran’s armed forces and people. Through this message, Iran underscores its focus on national unity, legal accountability, and strategic resilience. In summary, observers note that Iran’s actions and statements aim to consolidate regional influence while reinforcing domestic solidarity.
