Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met on Sunday evening to discuss the importance of regional cooperation. They both stressed that Muslim countries must work together to achieve stability and progress.

Pezeshkian highlighted the long history and cultural ties between Iran and Turkey. He said the two nations share a strong and genuine friendship. In addition, he noted that these relations have great potential to grow further. Moreover, he explained that if Islamic countries act with unity and solidarity, no outside power can create problems for them.

The President also warned that many crises in the region are caused by outside forces trying to divide Muslim nations. Therefore, he urged countries to focus on shared interests and support each other. He added that this approach will prevent intervention and stop misguided policies from affecting the region.

Pezeshkian compared the situation to Europe, where countries once fought many wars but later built shared systems for trade, politics, and finance. He said the Islamic world has even stronger cultural and historical bonds. For example, by connecting trade, education, and culture, Muslim nations can achieve real growth.

He further emphasized that countries must help each other avoid making problems worse. “We are brothers and must expand our relations,” Pezeshkian said. In addition, he added that bridges built through trade, science, and culture are stronger than weapons or terrorism.

Fidan shared greetings from the Turkish President and highlighted the need to improve economic and regional cooperation with Iran. Furthermore, he praised Pezeshkian’s clear vision for the Islamic world. He also said that internal disputes have wasted time and delayed progress. Therefore, he stressed that today’s global moment requires joint efforts among Muslim countries.

The Turkish foreign minister pointed out that nations like Iran and Turkey can work together to remove major obstacles facing the Islamic world. Moreover, he noted that since the Revolution, Iran has advanced rapidly, showing great energy and determination.

Both leaders agreed that stronger ties will benefit all Islamic countries. In addition, they said regional cooperation must guide trade, education, and culture to ensure lasting peace. As a result, focusing on unity and collaboration will help Muslim nations achieve growth and stability.

In conclusion, Pezeshkian and Fidan called on Muslim countries to act now. Furthermore, they emphasized that regional cooperation is essential for building a brighter future, strengthening unity, and overcoming common challenges.
