President Masoud Pezeshkian reaffirmed Iran’s position on international diplomacy, emphasizing the country’s firm Iran talks stance. He addressed a gathering of political elites, party secretaries, and prominent figures in Tehran, stressing that Iran will not accept humiliating terms from the United States. Pezeshkian pointed to past negotiations, noting that Iran had previously engaged with the US and was ready to reach a deal. However, he stated Washington abandoned the agreement and turned to confrontation. He highlighted that the US is now demanding conditions that he described as humiliating, which Iran cannot accept.

The president stressed that the country’s stance reflects a refusal to submit to weakness. “Iran will not become a fragmented nation under external pressure,” he said. He also emphasized that Tehran seeks peace and cooperation, but will not tolerate bullying. Pezeshkian reiterated that Iran is not pursuing nuclear weapons and remains open to comprehensive verification. Nonetheless, he claimed the opposing side aims to strip Iran of its power while boosting the influence of the Zionist regime.

In outlining the government’s foreign policy, Pezeshkian drew a clear distinction between dignified engagement and submission. He said the administration prioritizes peace, regional stability, and constructive interactions with neighboring countries, yet will resist any form of coercion. The president also addressed domestic policy, rejecting claims that his cabinet’s call for citizen participation indicated a lack of planning. He highlighted that the administration has well-defined strategic programs, which are actively being implemented across various sectors.

Pezeshkian cited measurable progress in education, healthcare, transportation, and international collaborations with neighboring states. He added that the government is taking steps to correct structural imbalances and improve social infrastructure. Experts note that Iran’s firm Iran talks stance may influence future negotiations with the US and regional diplomacy. Analysts suggest that Tehran’s position reflects broader strategic goals rather than immediate confrontation.

Looking ahead, the administration plans to continue its focus on national resilience, international cooperation, and regional stability. Pezeshkian concluded that Iran will engage in diplomacy, but never at the cost of national dignity. The speech reinforced Iran’s message to international partners: negotiations will continue, but only under respectful and equitable conditions, reflecting the country’s enduring Iran talks stance.
